[FC] need a rampside?

I know of another Rampside for sale;
My Ex is trying to sell her 61. It's had the body work completed and  
painted a non-Corvair Chevy light green from the 60's, white stripe. Overhauled  
motor from Mel's Vairmart about 4 years ago installed, 1964 110 car motor,  
4-speed. Petronix. Newer brakes, suspension, many new parts that haven't 
been  installed yet. The seat is OK but has a ripped seam on the top drivers 
side, it  could use a new slipcover. I'm told it isn't currently running, I 
suspect a  carb/tune up issue. It's my Ex, so I'm not going to spend my time 
and money  making it run. She will probably sell it for $5k and no less, she
