Hello Larry;  I may be all wet in this but I thought that I had already paid my dues, catching up for 2011 and 2012 but my address label reads May, 2011.  Of course, my memory may be slipping so that what I did was pay for 2010 and 2011.  Anyway, I thought I would check with you to make sure.  Thanks.
