[FC] BUILD SHEET IN A 64 GREENBRIER ?

i am parting out a 64 greenbrier Deluxe here. under one of the rubber  
ribbed mats in the back is a paper that looks like it may have been a build  
sheet? it is in unreadable condition now. it was under a junk motor in the  
back.
i took a picture , but it is just a question , did they do such a  thing?
