[FC] 64 Rear Engine Bracket Change Over!

the correct 64 FC rear mount is a hens tooth. it is just slightly dished ,  
not as much as a car one , and not flat. i have one for my truck. i have 
run 64  car brackets ok , but it needs realignment to correct for the extra 
length added  to the powertrain. no shims and slight slotting  (@ 1/4 inch?) 
of the  bracket bring it in close. 
if you have an early bracket on a 164 motor , pray for no belt failure!.  
(that's how i learned years ago)
i have seen rather crude installations with flat mount and washers , or  
spacers . i suppose you could cut a piece of thick stock to fit between the  
mount and the block?  shape it to fit?
