I'm looking forward to seeing the truck when painted. Be sure to post
some pictures of your truck when its done. I too have a green
(Seafoam?) and white FC, see link:

My project this spring is to replace the fuzzies and rubber for the
driver and passenger windows on the Corvan. I studied three pages in
my FC Assembly Manual on Side Door Ventilator Asm and Glass, Channel
and Window Regulator.
My main concern is the rivet where the vent window pivot to the door
frame. I do not have a pop rivet gun. Will the rivets from Clark's
work with today's pop rivet gun or does this require a special tool?
I think the plan is to take the vent window assembly all the way out
of the door to replace the the fuzzy along the side window channel
and that will probably make it easier to clean out the old hard
brittle rubber around the door frame for the vent window. I will also
need to "sticky" strip the side glass into the window regulator
because the glass can lift out if I wanted to.
Any suggestion or tips before I start disassembly?
