[FC] Genuine FC steel wheels.

Do 61 FC wheels have the little chicklet shaped nubs that are used to attach 
full wheel covers like the 60-61 car wheels do?

I have a set of 14x5 wheels that have these nubs and I think they may be real FC 
wheels.  1961 Impala hubcaps fit them perfectly.  I have another pair of  FC 
wheels (I think) but they do not have the nubs.

What are the positive ID traits of a real FC wheel?
