[FC] misc Engine blocks

My Rampside has a 95-hp 164-cid engine in it, built by the late Bill 
Ableson using one of the universal replacement blocks.  Because it is 
a universal block, this engine did duty in two Corvair cars prior to 
going into the Rampside.  Easy changeover.

Because it is a Bill Ableson engine, it continues to perform 
perfectly some 20 years after he assembled it.
