By popular demand here are some pictures of the 64 van for sale. I finally created a photobucket account and figured out how to upload pics to the internets! Sorry to bug those who aren't interested - but feel free to browse - seeing this one may just make you feel better about the FC you own :)
More details : While taking the pictures today I looked at the engine which had the blower housing removed... I could see why it was parked - at the end of the #2 rod all I could see was the wrist pin - no piston. Didn't appear to thrash the case, but obviously a complete rebuild or replacement is needed. I would replace all brake components - master cylinder, lines, hoses, wheel cylinders, shoes and hardware before you would ever catch me driving it. Gas tank would obviously need cleaning.
I just want to stress this is not a "put a set of carbs on it, check the points, a battery, bleed the brakes and take it for a spin" vehicle. Instead it is a solid California van that was moved to dry storage in Alabama in 1988 and has been sitting for 23 years. Needs a lot but offers a lot.

Slideshow is probably easiest way to see all 30 pictures. Clicking on them from the first page allows you to zoom. I have nothing to hide - just trying to find a good home for the van. I think it's worth $650.
Thanks,
Andy
