GM used those for some applications in the 50's and 60's.
Available through reputable tool dealers like snap-on and even sears.

I'm truly embarrassed and this question is Rampside Class 101 material but
is there a special tool for all those bowtie slotted screws?  I want to
finally get my Rampside on the road but I am a VW guy and these are new to
me.  Thanks for the help.
