Thanks for all the great information!
This truck does not seem to pop out of gear, but would be nice to add it 
since I have the part to make sure...  It does have quite a clutch shudder 
issue even with a clean disk and fresh bolted flywheel.  I would 
appreciate any pictures of one installed, and or a scan from the assembly 
manual ( mine seems permanently misplaced).   I will have to drill the 
holes in the crossmember from the mount if it warms up a bit in the next 
few days.
