While the Continental 195-R14 is no longer available, I notice that 
www.tiresbyweb.com
still lists this size from several manufacturers, including Cooper and 
Vredestein.

I am replacing the tires on our Greenbrier this spring and will likely go 
with the Nokian Hakka C-Van tire in 195/70R15.  This is a LT type tire with 
a 102 load index rating.
