[FC] Two Unknown FCs on Van Isle!!!!

A sharp eyed co-worked spotted these near Royston, B.C. on Vancouver Island.
 
Anybody familiar with these?  Know who the owner is?
 
I gotta find out more about that camper!  Is that the same one, or style of
top that was F/S at the Portland Nats?  (Does anyone have pics of the
similar camper from Portland?)
