[FC] side door hinges

On the last early I worked on, I removed the doors and then the hinges.  It 
was then an easy task to press the pins out with a bench vise.  I favor 
removing the hinges under any circumstances so that you can clean them up, 
remove any rust and paint them properly.  Did you remove the hinges and is 
your press a hydraulic press?  If so, I can't imagine them not coming out.
