Its not an electronic vs paper problem at all. I just counted the past due paper copies and over 1/3 of them are also past due even with the expration date on the label.

Might be a little more work.... but a DUES ARE DUE notice on the email at the appropriate time could help to keep us current.  Since the newsletter is 6 times per year, on average 1/6 of the memberships would expire each time.
