the vendors sell vent rubber kits.  it is not a job for the  squemish.  i 
sat thru a seminar demo of that job in Carlisle and bought  enough to do 2 
vehicles , but have not gotten to it yet.  i have one spare  set of better 
frames to redo someday.  read up on it , get advise from  someone who has done 
it , get a spare set to do then exchange , if you  can.  that also gives you 
practice of r & r of the assembly (vent with  forward channel)
 
windshield , mixed opinions , but i had a glass shop do it with clarks  
gasket and glass on my rampy.  i take em out , but someone else can put  them 
in!
