[FC] Turn signal cable not moving

those are clutch head screws in horn disk area. sometimes you can find a  
regular flat blade to fit good enough to work them.  some years had  Phillips 
to replace them.may be a staked area that holds the pivot arm came  loose , 
or casting broke that the lever is on.  i polished the screw that  holds it 
down and lubed it with silicone grease. i also lubed the cable and  switch 
carefully.this stuff gets dried out and works to hard after all the years  
of temp changes etc.
