[FC] 65 Fc questions

The jack is at least somewhat rare - I think the standard trucks came 
with bumper jacks, but may be wrong.  The car jacks are too small, of 
course.  I think the handle is the generic car part, so should be 
readily available.  Clark's still had them NOS back in the 80s.
