[FC] 65 FC Engine Harness

The WCC Member in question checked with Clarks, and the bulkhead connection
is the same for all (?) FCs.

Not sure, but a lot changed in '63.

I think I'd use the one for the body and modify it to take the
alternator, especially if it's an internally regulated alt. A '64
with a late engine and externally regulated alternator would be the
best candidate for a '65 harness.
