Jim,
There are still a few things to try. Be sure that the shoes are exactly
the same (brand, materiel, lining length, etc) on either side. Be sure they
are assembled the same on each side (primary/secondary). Then swap the
shoes from side to side and check for any change and then the same for the
drums. Then if all else fails, (more work) even the cylinders. Some where
along the line you might find changing one thing that moves pulling to the
other side and you have found the culprit or you might see the problem when
doing the changes. One more thing. Check the bore size of the cylinders!
It's not unheard of to be sold two cylinders with different bore sizes even
though they appear the same. Hopes this helps a little.

Hi Dennis,
No, the shoes are clean, we were very carefull when
installing - I could have the drums turned again I
suppose? Had them turned in Feb. when I did all the
front brake work.
