[FC] FC Tank Senders

Acording to P&A 30C, they are not but, think that a 63-65 will work on 61-63 
if changing or recalibrating the fuel meter (on dash). A 61-63 could have 
interference with the pipe thru the tank on a stick shift 63-65.
