All this talk about the different kind of hardware to use, and not one
suggestion for S/S Robertson Button Head Bolts.  That's "square" for you
'mericans.  Far superior to either Philips or slotted heads.

  Boltdepot.com has what you want and cheap. I am using 3/8 stainless
phillips button head bolts on my trans cover and stainless slotted button
head on my engine cover. they buff to a great shine.
