[FC] Rampside Fuel tank

I suppose you could burn it out (by running the engine).  Or siphon (NOT 
using a vacuum cleaner) using gravity.

What yr is your Rampy?  The later ones (starting in '62???) have the shift 
linkage passing through the tank, so that has to be removed before the tank 
can come down.
