Buckets by name only -- really more of a fully split bench.  Really , it 
is just a matter of finding or modifying seats with a low platform 
height, and modifying as necessary to fit the driver into the space 
available -- I don't think there any set rules for ding it in an FC

When I put some Toyota buckets in my 95 van many years ago (when Toyotas 
were still compacts, i.e., the seats were small), I mounted them offset 
-- the driver's square behind the steering wheel, but the passengers 
down a bit on the flat area inside the wheel well -- not symmetrical, 
but didn't cause us any problems, and the pass seat was sure easier to 
mount that way.
