 ??? When I had my van I put rear speakers in the rear corners after I made a cover for the corner. Makes for great base if you don't fill the whole back corner with insulation behind the speaker.

I too would like to add some tunes to my ride.  Lots of room to put 
speakers in a van but I don't really want them surface mounted nor do I 
want to cut holes in the doors.  What are some of the solutions others 
have done?
