[FC] Washable air filters conclusions

The dirt motorcycle crowd use washable foam filters and a special red
sticky oil, which feels like a mixture of castor oil and STP. The oil
is bright red so you can tell when the filter is dirty - it quits being
red. The stuff is available in squeeze bottles and spraycans.
