[FC] Odometer

Folks,  since the rampy has been on the road I have noticed a couple of
things.  First it is fun to drive, second the speedometer jumps around
(vairs about 5 mph at about 55 mph, the slower you go the less it
varies) and the odometer doesn't work.  I would guess that this is in
the dash not the cable or transmission.  What do I need to look at to
fix this?  I have never messed with a speedometer/odometer before so
have no clue as to what to look for.
