[FC] Forward Control Primer

Does anyone know if the FC Primer is going to be back
on line. When you go there you get "This URL you typed
is unavailable at this time." Rad have you moved it?
It's a great site to send people when you are trying
to explain what a FC is.

One other question. The FC bodies were made by GMC
were they not?
