Does anyone have a phone number for Marsh Hesler of Estes Park, Colorado? I got the free clutch cable and accelerator cable from his ad two issues ago, then sent him a check for double the postage. He has not received it yet, and I would like to call him to ask if he has it yet.

Marsh does everything through snail-mail, and I can't find a phone number in any old CORSA directories I have laying around.
