the display for "music wire" at the hobby store has diameters from @  .010  
up to 3/16 solid stuff, so i fail to see where in music  they use it.  it makes 
control rods and axles for landing gears etc in  model work.  i buy it for 
many uses in radio also , such as antennas  etc.  
the wire in in the music store i just went to recently not too far  away was 
all coiled up stuff for instruments..i am not into much music , but  they had 
a heck of a nice display of a lot of antique radios there..(auburn  n.y.) that 
i just stumbled onto. ( i was on my way to buy a 66 corsa wreck  parts car )
