My FC does not have a rearward side door, so I can't go look. But, I have a
hunch that you are talking about a pin mechanism at top and bottom to secure
the door in the closed position. There would (should) also be a handle on
the leading edge of the door (roughly the center - top to bottom) to operate
those pins.

Subject: [FC] What is an interlock on an FC?
Hi again.... just noticed an item called an interlock that goes at the top
and bottom of the rearward side door on my GB.
I see two shallow bolt holes near the top and bottom of the meeting edge of
the door. I am quite sure nothing was there when I bought the van.
Are they necessary?
What do they do?
Can anyone send a picture off list?
toodles
Merv
