[FC] Corvair Painting Hints

Hello Everyone!
   It would be greatly appreciated, if I could receive  some "feedback" from 
Corvair owners on some
painting suggestions, recommendations, or hints on my 1963 Spyder  
Convertible.  I would like to
know which types of paints, clear coats, primers, etc. that the  members have 
been using with a lot
success.  Recently, I have completely sanded down all old  paint, clear coat, 
and primer from this
car.  Any other personal or professional hints would be  considered.
