Yes.  Oh, you could probably do it in the vehicle by just loosening one 
of the outer bushings and removing the others, slipping new ones in and 
then repeating for the other side, but at that point, why not take it out?

I've not had problems with the bolts not loosening in the ones I've 
done, but I suppose that varies on a truck by truck basis.

Should be a nice rig if you ever stop working on it long enough to drive 
it ...    :-)
