Thanks Jim! Yes, that's the tire size though I don't know the rear axle
ratio. Still, it's helpful in understanding the range of shift points in
terms of road speed.

It depends on the tire size and rear axle ratio. Assuming 205/75/14
tires and a 3.27 rear axle ratio, that is 2,526 rpm at 60 mph in
third. Three speed ratios are 3.50 in first and 1.99 for second for
the 61-63 trans. assuming 3,800 rpm max for the 80 hp engine that
would equate to 90 mph in third, 45.4 in second, and 25.7 in
first. If you have a 3.55 rear axle subtract 8% from the figures
and with a 3.89 subtract 16%.
