[FC] Rampside Throttle cable.

Does anyone have any experience with the new Throttle cables supplied by
"The Source"?
My Ramp is a 61 Powerglide. the cable has been updated to a 62/63 style
going directly to the firewall.  Moving the footfeed takes a heavy foot,
especially in the last 20% of the travel.
Is the Source cable a direct replacement?  Is it
significant improvement?  This is a Powerglide and the cable must not only
operate the carbureter linkage, but the Tranny TV linkage as well.  This may
be part of the reason for the heavy effort.  Any comments?
