[FC] Suggestions

  We haven't made any changes at the VVs to this in about 6 years, since I was in charged and changed it for less than a week.  I quickly switched back because of the same problems the FC is having.

    Since I haven't been on VV in a while I am not up  on the changes that have 
    been made there. I do remember that being talked about  and a problem over 
    there as well.
        So what everyone is saying is that the "reply"  button goes to the 
    individual and the "reply all" button goes to the list.
        A reply here is OK to acknowledge this. If this is  correct then I will 
    see if I can make the change and if I can't then I know  Bryan can.
