[FC] replacement panels and tool question

you might want to try bill cotrofeld in vt for new panels.  he had a few left 
 in the back room yet i think.
anyone know what size drill to use with the kd 2135 spark plug hole renewer 
(tap) that goes with the inserts?  my drill got separated from the tap somehow. 
 need to repair a few in the heads i am doing. i just spent too much time 
looking thru the kd website getting nowhere.
