[FC] Starter issues

    I agree with JR. It sounds like electrical to me.The motor may not be 
grounded to the body with the grounding straps. The starter needs full power 
to engage and spin up to speed. Pushing on the clutch pedal may just be 
completing a ground path through the cable and linkage or moving the motor 
enough to complete the ground path somewhere else.  Like JR said, check all 
conections from battery to starter as well as ground. It was also 
mentionedabout loose starter bolts. They could cause mechanical AND 
grounding problems.  This is considering the starter itself is good.
