[FC] block # help

I don't have "the book", and I can't find my block ID #'s in either of the  
big catalogs. If anyone can tell me which motor I have, so I can find out  if I 
have the CORRECT balancer/pulley, I would appreciate it. I was told it  was a 
1964 110hp, it's a car motor with an alternator and a cast pulley. The  
previous owner apparently assembled all the running gear from about a half dozen  
cars and trucks. I'm trying to pinpoint my "variable timing" issue, as well as  
my needing starting fluid every time I start it cold.
 
Block # T1215RG (the 1's may be capital i's?)
