[FC] rampy

any pinging on my rampy can be heard just fine unless lots of other noises. i 
feel it pinged those gapless rings right out of it this year in vt. i will 
build a better motor soon. the parts await my attention.   the point was only 
that i drive the heck out of mine and i can hear the pinging  except maybe on 
thruway, but you know by feel and vacum gauge something isnt right back there... 
 at least it got me home ok, for which i am very gratefull.  that engine did 
ok i guess, gave me about 40,000 miles of hard work and fun.  im not mad at 
it.
i will post pictures of my work as i can get at it.  so far the oil is 
drained and its up on jackstands, so it  is now in "group red".
