Did I understand you to say that you are about to put a 140 in a Rampside? 
You might want to consider that long and hard (if you have not already done 
so).  140s have a tendency to drop valve seats if run too hot or with too 
much detonation (ping).  It is really hard to hear what is going on with the 
engine from the cab of a Rampside.
