Why would a rampy have a backup light switch?

Hmm, manual chokes are correct for '61 only, backup switch should be in
the trans, and a four speed was also available. I don't know the codes
offhand, but if it has the filler/dipstick then it's probably the
correct engine. What makes you think it's out of a car?
