[FC] PCV/vent tube/balance tube

The PCV valve is just that, a valve and not an open tube that allows a large
air flow. It maintains a positive pressure in the crankcase, as it's name
implies, and they work just fine. Just use it and don't worry about it. If
in doubt, replace it, they're cheap.
