Has anybody out there installed rear seat-belts in an early convertible?

I want to be able to take my daughters for a ride, so I need to install 
seatbelts for the rear seat.

I couldn't find any installation information in the body section in the Shop 
Manual or the Technical Guide.

The front belts were easy since there were existing holes.

Any suggestions on where to anchor the rear belts?
