put a brake light switch on the clutch pedal in series with the neutral 
swicth, that way you have to push clutch to start.  all sorts of ways to do it if 
you want to add relays,  use signal light  in one direction, headlites on, 
heater on,glove box open,  any number of combos available without too much work.  
we had to wire a few cars for colledge students at m i t etc to help cut down 
on theft options or at least slow them down.
