[FC] transmission problem

First make sure the clutch is completely disengaging.  With the engine and 
transmission warm and engine running, push the clutch petal all the way 
down and shift slowly into reverse.  That is move the shift lever as slowly 
as possible  If there is any grinding at all then the clutch is not fully 
disengaging.  See the shop manual on how to properly adjust the clutch.  If 
there is no grinding then you need to look deeper into the drive train.
