Likely that the center of the drum (the hole) is rusted to the hub it mounts
on. The drum itself has a couple of round holes ( 1/2 inch or so diameter)
in it. You can try pounding a flat blade screw driver in there to help
brake things loose. Use of liquid wrench or other rust buster around that
center hub can also help.
Attachments are scanned with anti-virus software.
