man if a good later 3.8 wont make it fly somethings wrong!  i would love to 
be able to put one in my van. i see that package on the ground for work quite 
often and it looks like a good swap for you engineer types. even a 3.3 or 3.1 
would work nice.  i hope someone does it and documents it well. i took pictures 
and measurements of a fiero powertrain on the ground for clutch work a long 
time ago when i was better at dreaming... now if i could find them.
