[FC] Late FC Shifter

Right now I wish my rampy with PG was up and running.  My bad foot has to
press the clutch pedal right now!  Oh well, only use the clutch to get
going.

  im not sure it came with one but i used a car boot on mine. actually i
made
a
  quick shifter for it out of a car housing(the shorter one) and it
inmproved
  the shifting greatly.  i now have pwerglides in both so i will go back and
