[FC] Clutch Problem Still Not Solved in FC

The most common problem is movement of the clutch cables outer casing
. The outer cable must be secure along its entire length. Remember, if
everything is perfect the inner cable only moves 5/8 of an inch. If the
outer cable moves 1/8 of an inch, the clutch will not release properly.
