[FC] ReplyVS Reply All - was Editing

Sure, it's not difficult.  I will point out that two things will happen:

  - Traffic on the list will go down, probably by a quarter to half.
  - Lurkers will lose replies to threads they may be interested in.

These two facts are essentially the reasons behind the FC list being 
"reply all" and VV is "reply sender".
